Enveil Achieves Partner Status in the Amazon Web Services Partner Network

Data Security Startup Extends Secure Data in Use Processing to the Cloud

Washington, D.C., July 16, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Enveil, the pioneering data security company protecting Data in Use, today announced it has achieved Standard Technology Partner status in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Partner Network (APN). Being a Standard Technology Partner in the APN allows Enveil to natively integrate the company’s flagship ZeroReveal™ Compute Fabric with AWS.

As a Standard Technology Partner in the APN, Enveil can also expand its options for future cloud-focused product development integrated on AWS and gain a streamlined path to provide Data in Use services to the AWS customer base. The collaboration with AWS affords Enveil access to tools, training, and support to more efficiently serve its customers.

Enveil’s ZeroReveal™ Compute Fabric allows organizations across verticals to protect data when it is traditionally most vulnerable: while it’s being used. Performing operations such as search or analytics requires data be decrypted, creating points of exposure. Enveil’s Never Decrypt security posture allows organizations to safely and securely process their most sensitive workloads on the cloud, fundamentally transforming the scale and timeframe for migrating sensitive key workloads and processes to the cloud.

“We are proud to join the AWS Partner Network to provide streamlined Data in Use security to organizations utilizing AWS,” said Ellison Anne Williams, Founder and CEO of Enveil. “By never decrypting anything during processing, Enveil completely changes the cloud security paradigm, allowing organizations to process their most sensitive data without ever leaving the cloud environment.”

To securely leverage the full benefits of cloud, organizations must ensure data is protected throughout the entire processing lifecycle – utilizing only at-rest and in-transit security solutions is not enough to close the exposure gap that occurs when data is being used. Enveil works seamlessly alongside existing at-rest and in-transit protections to protect Data in Use, requiring no changes to the underlying architecture or storage technologies. Employing homomorphic encryption techniques to achieve unmatched levels of scale, Enveil’s ZeroReveal™ solutions have been proven to perform robustly and at speed over large volumes of data on cloud platforms.

AWS customers using Enveil’s ZeroReveal™ solutions achieve a nation-state level of Data in Use security and avoid compliance pitfalls, allowing them to take advantage of the cost savings achieved by processing sensitive workloads on the cloud. Enveil provides the Data in Use protection required to take full advantage of the benefits of cloud, without sacrificing security.
